Where do my donations go?Your generous donations will be distributed to our six amazing beneficiaries: Athletes for Kids, Camp Sambica, Friends of Youth, Sammamish Boys & Girls Club, Tanzanian Children's Fund, and Young Life of Issaquah and Sammamish.
-
What percentage of my donation is given to the beneficiaries? As a pass-through entity, the Joshua P. Williams (JPW) Foundation donates 100% of our proceeds to our beneficiaries. This year with the Week of Giving campaign being online, our costs are much lower compared to hosting an in-person event. We also have amazing volunteers and board members who commit their time and passion for free.
-
Are my donations tax deductible?Yes, your donations are 100% tax deductible this year. However, please consult with your tax specialist as deduction limits apply based on adjusted gross income.
-
Are you accepting corporate sponsorships this year?Absolutely! Please reach out to Mark Hanan at mark.hanan2@gmail.com to learn more about corporate sponsorship opportunities to coincide with the Week of Giving campaign.
-
Am I able to donate at any time or does it have to be during the Week of Giving?Yes, you can donate to the JPW Foundation any time of the year! While we anticipate most of our donation will occur during the Week of Giving, we are flexible in when and how we receive donations throughout the rest of the year. See our donation site if you would like to give online today: 2024 JPW Week of Giving (auctria.com)

What happened to the normal in-person event? The JPW Board of Directors listened to our patrons and solicited survey feedback last year and decided to take a small break from our normal golf, dinner, and auction event. We are using this time to reflect on the next phase of the JPW Foundation and how to best cater to the needs of our community and beneficiaries.
-
Will there be an in-person golf event and dinner auction next year?Yes! Our intention is to connect again in person for our 2025 event. We are still working on logistics and plans and will share more as we get into the beginning of 2025.
